The laurels brought forth by these young talents have been deeply appreciated by the school management, faculty and staff members which certainly sets a motivating spirit, for the batches yet to appear in future. It is heartily longed that their perseverance and dedication bestow accolades upon them and motivate them further to accomplish their aspirations for a prosperous future.

Tree plantation drives and Swacchata initiatives were organised regularly in the school premises as part of the school's commitment to environmental sustainability.APS Binnaguri celebrated International Yoga day on 21 June , 2024, with much enthusiasm. The students performed yoga postures and asanas in unison, under the able guidance of Mr.Nikhil Chandra Paul (PET). The school aims to promote awareness about the health benefits of yoga and its practices.

The School, participated in the the Eastern Command President AWWA Rolling Trophy Ethics Bowl Competition on 26 June 2024, for Cluster III, hosted by APS Tezpur. It was a proud moment as APS Binnaguri emerged as champions in the cluster. The competition also aimed to foster all important 21st century skills of critical thinking, collaboration, team spirit and problem solving among the students, which is the need of the hour.

APS Binnaguri secured 2nd runner up position in Eastern Command Cluster Level Basketball Tournament for boys,hosted by APS Sukna on 15&16 July 2024.

Eastern Command Cluster Level Basketball Tournament for girls was hosted by APS Sukna on 19&20 July 2024.APS Binnaguri emerged as 1st runner up in the tournament.

The school hosted the Inter-APS Cluster Level Quiz Competition on 13 August 2024 , wherein APS Binnaguri, emerged as Champions in the event.

Intensive and rigorous cleanliness drive was successfully conducted throughout the month of August ,with the chief aim of improving the school's hygiene and fostering a culture of responsibility among students and staff.

APS Binnaguri secured 1st runner-up position in the Eastern Command English Debate Competition,hosted by APS Bengdubi , held on 10 September 2024.

Inter- APS Command Level Quiz Competition was held in APS Ranchi on 12 September 2024. APS Binnaguri emerged as Champions ,taking the lead with a final score of 600 points. Indeed a proud moment for APS Binnaguri.

APS Binnaguri secured 2nd runner-up position at the 12th edition of Inspiria Quiz Competition, held at Inspiria Knowledge Campus Siliguri, on 5 October 2025.

APS Binnaguri once again showcased its academic prowess by emerging as Champions at the AWES Quiz National Finale held at APS Jabalpur on 5 October 2024 , by securing an outstanding score of 700 points, competing against top performing army schools from across the country. Indeed an exhilarating moment for the school.

APS Binnaguri participated in the SHMD Quiz Competition held at SHMD School Jaigaon on 22 November 2024. The school team secured third position in the event.

The school students have actively participated in Model United Nations (MUN) conducted by Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology (SMIT) in August and DAVMUN 'Diplomateia' 2024, conducted by DAV school Siliguri in November . Speakers from the school team were appreciated and received special mention during the course of the event for their commendable presentations. APS Binnaguri won the best delegation award in SMIT MUN.The platform enables students to gain a global perspective on world problems and international relations.

These co-curricular activities served as a wonderful platform to bring out their skills such as leadership, critical thinking, teamwork, creativity, social interaction and talent to the forefront and equipped them with life skills for the future. The efforts of the students were well appreciated.

The NCC(National Cadet Corps) is a significant extra-curricular program aimed at fostering leadership and discipline among students .Current enrollment statistics as of academic session 2024-45 has a total enrolment of 50 students (Classes VIIII ,IX) in NCC program .APS Binnaguri conducted a series of capacity building workshops as per CBSE guidelines for the teaching faculty. These workshops equipped teachers with the requisite skills essential for facilitators, to deal with challenges of modern educational environment.

For constant improvements in teaching standards , assigned teachers attended the Workshops and Webinars (Training sessions) conducted by Faculty Development & Research Centre, New Delhi under the initiative of Army Welfare Education Society( AWES). Constant improvements are being made on a regular basis. These initiatives are infrastructural, sports initiatives & academic endeavours (Sports Complex , Smart boards ,TAL, etc.)

The school strives to carry out some very specific and important improvements which would help us reach our goals in the future too.

The Management, teachers and staff of Army Public School Binnaguri are consistently striving towards nurturing a common dream of imparting Quality Education and inculcating core human values among students of this School.
